The contractor for the works is Termoinstal from Łańcut—a subsidiary of the B&P Engineering Capital Group.

Termoinstal specializes in building boiler and compressor rooms. It provides repair and installation services and supplies water and power to the machines as well as constructing process installations including insulation for technological piping (hot and cold insulation).
