Unclarified juice after depectinisation process is pumped to the ultrafiltration system.

Depectinised unclarified juice reaches the batch tank and a high-efficiency centrifugal pump pumps juice with high velocity through membrane modules. A thin top layer is formed on the surface of membranes and some liquid penetrates through membrane channel as a ready product to the permeate tank.
