B&P Engineering manufactures two types of water and air cleaners:
The device is made of stainless steel and consists of following elements:
Raw material comes directly into the wash basin with collectors with nozzles that let air out underwater to enhance the cleaning performance. Above water level there are collectors with washing nozzles supplied by water circulating pump.
Supply of the pump is protected by sieve filter that filters out larger impurities. Depending on the kind of material the transport is realized by means of belt equipped with collectors (for non-floating fruits) or conveyor wings (floating fruits).
At the outlet of raw material there is a system for flushing and drying of the product. It consists of flushing collector supplied with clean water and of drying nozzles powered by fan. Water circulating system can be equipped with water pretreatment ensuring high cleaning efficiency.
Basket feeder is an element of raw material transport line used for vertical transport.
The construction of transporting elements of the conveyors prevents the damage of raw material.
Materials from pre-production silos are transferred to the dosing units.
