Strong and steady development of B&P Engineering

In 2018 we will focus on the strong and steady development of our company. We will start our manufacturing processes in recently built and fully equipped industrial halls with a total production area of over 9,000 square meters. These newly built industrial halls will enable us to optimize the production process and shorten the delivery time for your orders.

The ultimate goal of the B&P Engineering Group is to provide our customers with a comprehensive service and high quality machines and services delivered by our company.

Below, I will present in brief the most important events and projects completed by B&P Engineering in 2017.

B&P ENGINEERING IN 2017:

• We started the production of two production-industrial halls

In the first hall we will expand the production area for the machining department. The second hall will be devoted to the automated manufacturing of tanks based on the laser welding method. 

•  Takeover of Termoinstal

​The acquisition of Termoinstal will enable us to comprehensively implement our greenfield investments.

Termoinstal (www.termoinstal-lancut.pl) specializes in building boiler and compressor rooms as well as the repair and installation of machines.

The company focuses on the process of supplying utilities to the machines and the manufacture of industrial installations along with the production of insulation for technological pipelines (heat and cold insulation). 

• We obtained certificates which confirm our expertise

We received confirmation that we fulfil the welding requirements regarding the manufacturing of pressure equipment according to AD 2000 and the ISO 3834-2 certificate, which confirms that our company meets all the requirements regarding the most stringent welding processes.

We successfully passed the ASME audit which extends the validity period of the certificate to 2020.

• We introduced IPS 5.000 fruit presses into our product range

Taking the needs of juice concentrate manufacturers into consideration, in 2017 we introduced a new type of IPS 5.000 fruit press into our product range.

• New version of the control system for IPS fruit presses

​As a result of the steady development and improvement of IPS fruit presses in 2017, a new version of the control system was implemented by our company.

The system introduces many improvements and significantly facilitates the work of the operator and the supervisor of the entire production line.

We present the new functionality on our website in an article entitled "Possibilities of the new control system for fruit and vegetable IPS presses (INTELLIGENT PRESSING SYSTEM)."

We completed many projects, and below you will find the list of the most interesting examples:

• Wine manufacturing industry

Country: Great Britain

Twelve stainless steel tanks with cladding made of trapezoidal sheet metal were delivered to a wine manufacturing company located in Great Britain. Each of these tanks has a total capacity of 115 cubic meters.

• Pharmaceutical industry

Country: Austria

We manufactured disinfection chambers for one of our key customers from the pharmaceutical industry. This project required high-precision manufacturing and the performance of leak tests. This project was completed according to the AD 2000 standard. 

• Bakery and confectionary industry

Country: Poland

For one of our customers from the bakery industry we designed, manufactured and started up a liquid chocolate distributing and storage line. The line consists of the following sections: unloading from a tanker, storage and temperature maintenance system. 

• Fruit and vegetable processing industry

Country: Poland

A well-known producer of juices and fruit and vegetable juice concentrates extended its production capacities by installing a new 5-stage evaporation station as well as a fully automated juice concentrate warehouse. 

Country: Moldova

The biggest producer of juice concentrate in Eastern Europe extended another production plant by installing a 6-stage evaporation station manufactured by B&P Engineering.

Country: Ukraine

B&P Engineering supplied and started up an UF XL ultrafiltration station, fining station, CIP system as well as process tanks.

Country: Iran

B&P Engineering manufactured and started up a complete line for the processing of apples, colour fruits, pomegranates, puree and NFC juices along with the hot bottling of glass and PET bottles.
