Equipment delivery for the NFC juices production

Manufactured by B&P Engineering and delivered to the fruit and vegetable processing facility, devices will enable our customer to produce NFC juice reaching capacity of up to 6,000 litres per hour.

The scope of delivery included:

- tanks:

aseptic for storage of NFC juice,
for raw juice,
balanced,
for CIP system,
for glycol,

- peripheral devices:

MONA aseptic filtration system,
separator,
the CIP system,
tank sterilizer,
control systems,
aseptic filler for NFC juices.

The supplied MONA Aseptic Filtration System will allow the elimination of Alicyclobacillus (ACB) bacteria, lowering NTU in the concentrate and conducting the direct juice pasteurization process.

The control system will enables redirecting the final product to aseptic filling or storage room.
